Hi friends, I just got a glucometer at the beginning of my 600mg/week test blast/bulk 
I've also started researching a ton on insulin sensitivity and resistance,
Hypothetically, would someone be able to gage becoming insulin resistant by only fasted glucose monitoring and no insulin blood test?
And could that be used to gage and back off force feeding? I can chow down 600-700g of clean carbs everyday with a big smile and the next morning be at 93 (slightly elevated)
Could I keep this up until it creeps up and then carb cycle a few days, monitor again and go back at it? Or there is no correlation really and Im still nuking my receptors? Thanks for the insight
