Hey guys, i'm currently 25 years old with a height of 6"5 weighing 235lbs. My blood pressure was just taken and it was 153/90. I know this is high and i am currently on a cycle of test at 750mg enanthate a week. Should I be worried, or is this the aas that is taking control. I do very little cardio and eat a ton of red meat. Let me know. thanks.

What are you taking for anti e's?
I'd be using .25mg/day of Ldex and 10-20mg/day of nolva at that test dose.
If you aren't doing that, try it, and watch your bp drop.

Kinda depends on how you took your BP. Cause everry time I use the BP machines in drug-stores my shit is way high like that. Now if I just sit there for 5-10 mins, like I'm suppose to, then I get a more accurate reading. Yes AAs's will increase your BP a bit all depends on the person. Also watch your sodium intake as it influences BP ALOT. Good luck bro. deeBO

1 reading isnt really that big a deal...what is important is an average reading...lots of things will raise BP situationally

Yes- when i taKE BP at the drug store, it is almost always high but when the doc takes it, it is usually normal

Chris is right. You need to check your BP over time, preferably in the morning. If after 2 weeks you find that your avg is high, then...

thanks guys. my sodium intake is out of control. I did take my bp at a store and it was high. So, i will monitor it. thanks.

Bp

Yo, Bro,
The main reason your BP is higher is usually water retention. It makes it much harder to pump blood thru your water bloated muscles. (in most cases). You did not mention anti-est's. Extra estrogen is the main reason for water retention. I had same problem, Novaladex (spelling?) fixed it in like 3 days, stayed on them for a week. 750mg Test will bring on extra est. in a few weeks time. Everything will return to normal after cycle. IMO you can live it, or do something about it with anti-est's The other Bros are right, you should average out the BP readings. Just my .02

Same happened to me...

Before I ever even took supplemental androgens (roids or even prohormones). My blood pressure was high. My dad is a doc and he didn't even know what to make of it until one day he asked me how big my upper arm was. It's 19 inches....and I'm sure many of you have the same size arms....these are too fuckin big for any normal blood pressure cuff. You need the cuff that is made for obese people with fatty arms. When we reevaluated my blood pressure again with the larger cuff, the results were right around 120/80 (which is normal as most of you know), which is down from the 160/95 I had previously measured. Try a larger cuff next time you measure, and be sure to pop those anti-e's. They may slightly inhibit your gains, but what is the point of looking sweet if you have a coronary at 25 years old...get on the liquidex. Good luck bro
