Blood results on 200mg/week TRT before blast

About to start 500/500 test p mast p. I have arimidex on hand but don’t have any noticeable estrogen sides. My baseline estrogen is 39 and baseline test is 700. At what point should I be concerned with estrogen. Is blood cell count normally “normal” on 200mg~? I plan on doing full blood work because I will also be running orals.
