Blood test results - need advice!

Hi all,
I have never posted much, but I’ve read a tonne of threads and respect the knowledge of many of you guys. I would be very happy to hear advice from anyone kind enough to share their opinion as to my recent blood test.

Some context:
- 49m / 194cm (6’4”) / 97kg (215lb) / <18%bf
- Currently on TRT dose of 125mg of Test Cyp (twice per week)
- Finished 6 week blast 8 weeks ago (250mg Test Cyp +30mg Anavar ED, 30mg Winstrol ED). This was my second cycle – running TRT in between.
- Last week began taking Arimidex 0.5mg twice weekly as I started seeing signs of high E2
This was foolishly the first time I’ve had a blood test so I can’t share info to show how things were before/during/etc. and I don’t have the expertise to sort myself out. I was looking to go on another blast next month - depending on my blood results – but now I’m keen to sort out this mess before I jump into that.
I don’t know what else to add but happy to answer any questions for the curious. Thanks for your time.

The red blood cell count is only very slightly elevated, I personally wouldn't worry about it if there are no associated symptoms. You can look up what symptoms might accompany that by googling it and reading on any mainstream medical site. Are you taking a zinc supplement?

Yep. Taking zinc supplements daily.

Bloodwork looks good man, I wouldn’t worry! Keep an eye on your RBC but it’s very normal for it to be slightly elevated. Your hematocrit is in a normal range so tbh nothing to worry about but good on you for getting bloodwork done and worrying about your health

Cheers mate.
I saw the high(ish) e2, SHBG, prolactin and progesterone and figured I needed to do something.

I would not treat high e2 with an AI unless you were having negative symptoms of high e2
Thanks again!
Really appreciate the advice! My first reaction to the blood results was a bad one - I saw the high SHBG, prolactin, e2 and progesterone and imagined the worst.

Since starting this journey I have found a whole new level of humility. ))

I’m 12 weeks through a 16 week cycle (600 test cyp / 600 equipoise) and thought I’d update my recent blood results:

- Albumin: 44 g/L (ref range 35-47)
- SHBG: 19 nmol/L (ref range 15-70)
- Estradiol: <88 pmol/L (ref range >120)
- Cortisol: 478 nmol/L (ref range 100-535)
- Test: >120 nmol/L (ref range 7.7-25.0)
- Free Test: 4.48 nmol/L*
- Prolactin: 80 mIE/L (ref range 64-403)
- PSA: 1.0 µg/L (ref range < 2.0)

My stats:
49m
6’4”
215lbs (97kg)

I’ve had a bit of fatigue at times over the last few days but the diet and sleep are okay and I’m training well - also, libido is not ideal and I don’t believe I’m progressing very well. Strength seems constant and I have put on a little muscle and not lost fat (approx 18%).

The results seem okay but I was actually hoping that one of these markers would be out as I’m not feeling 100% and haven’t seen the results.

Advice is greatly appreciated.

consider test prop eod, start low and build up to your desired weekly dosage, the peaks and troughs will prevent the build up of e2 and the peaks will give you a good libido boost

So you’re thinking my e2 is too high? I’ve never got my head around the right ratio to aim for.
