Good morning gents, wondering if you all could take a look at blood work for interpreting if I need Trt or not. I am a 27 year old male, 6’2” compete in strongman a couple of times year, current body weight is at 285lbs. I am natty currently besides prescribed thyroid medication. Not sure on body fat but probably high. I lift 3 days a week for about 4 hours a session, training strongman events, along with accessories and bench squat and deadlift. Then 3 days a week riding my bike in high gear, hiking, or running hills all for about 30 minutes to 1.5 hours really just depends on energy levels and caffeine intake lol. I have messed around with AAS a bit in the past. One 6 week cycle at epistane, and ostarine when I was 18. And another at 22, where i blasted and cruised on test e 250-500 mg a week for about 8 months with some random mini oral cycles. My biggest weakness now is diet. I am currently implementing a plan for lowish carb on non lifting days, with intermittent fasting a few times a week. Mainly trying to avoid all wheat and gluten (dont laugh but it makes a difference for me) and maintain high protein, and vegetable and fruit intake along with potatoes and rice.
My diet over the past 3 years has not been great, sweets, fast food, etc. i am taking steps to clean it up, and improve my numbers. And possibly go on without trt. I also have 5-8 beers on the weekend. Blood pressure was 145/82. But my arms are also just over 20 inches, so not sure if that is the cuff or not lol. Resting pulse between 56-62bpm.
