Blood work help.

Hey guys,

just looking for some experience from the community on my first blood test results.

I have been pinning 500mg of test E pw for the last 6wks bloods were send on Monday 2 days after my last pin. I have bloods before aswel. All the usual suspects are up. Way up. Testosterone, free testosterone. E2 , but have no major sides as yet. Testicle smaller that’s about it.

my questions are. Does these results look decent for 500mg of test pw? Would you start to dial in some AI for E2 levels.

Blood test results I have found on meso are in different measurements. Ie, ng/dl , of/ML were mines is in nmol/l and pmol/l.

can you shed some light please?

500mg to 3000 total T isn’t stupendous but it isn’t bad. Free test looks pretty good.

do you have estrogenic side effects? If not I wouldn’t touch anything. Estrogen isn’t the enemy and guys crush e2 for no reason just because they think they need AI. If you don’t have sides, elevated e2 isn’t bad.

Ok mate, thanks for ur input. No really sides, testiculs are smaller and sex drive is down abit. But that’s about it. I will be introducing anadrol at week 10 for 4wks. Am I right in says this will make E2 levels better?

DHT derivative so won’t aromatize into estrogen.another blood test to be sure. And obviously go on sides.

This is actually spot on.

On 600mg of Bayer Testovirons I pulled a 3727. Bayers have (1.2ml an amp). My E2 was almost doubled at 75 so my numbers could of definitely been in the low 3900-4000k if I had my e2 under control.

Get your E2 under control, (don't crush it either) I know E2 is actually a pathway for muscle growth too, but too much is actually not good either. You need a certain ratio between estrogen to testosterone. Another thing I remember being told is, whenever you check your estrogen, request for a sensitive E2 on your panel. Readings are much more accurate to adjust to.

Also, I believe your Prolactin will follow on lowering once you get your e2 slightly under control. Someone I spoke once on here told me about the correlation between high e2 and prolactin. As you can see in my labs I had a very similar issue, and I've never ran 19-nors before.

Once you correct this, your next retest will have a much higher total test and free test number.

Based on a a study or two that I’ve read (Bhasin I believe), your response to test is slightly better than average.
