Blood work question

Hi there,

I have some blood work booked for 10am tomorrow morning. The below picture is what I'm getting done. OptiMale haven't mentioned about needing to be fasted prior to the test however I just wanted to double check.

Would you suggest I go fasted or am I ok going as normal?

Since you're getting lipids drawn you should fast for 12 hours:

"For laboratory lipid testing, you typically must fast for 9-12 hours before your blood is drawn. This means not eating and drinking only water"
