Blood work results trt

Just had bloods back. Taking 180 test cyp per week. Started trt 2021 and test level after first 10 weeks were 45 nmol so about 1300 ngdl. Current levels are 17 nmol or around 500 ngdl. I know this puts me mid range. Just wondering if that’s normal after first starting trt and then for it to drop off. I certainly don’t feel as energetic as I did back in 2021.
Guess I’m just looking for opinions whether to up it a bit from people more experienced who’ve been on longer. Thanks

Is your source your doctor's prescription test or ugl test?

I've had fluctuations on the same dose before, but that does seem a bit much.

I haven't seen any drop pretty much for 6+ years during cruises and I have switched between test e and c and brands few times. I stand at 1300-1400 ng/dl on 250mg of either Testosterone I mentioned. So I say your stuff is underdosed.

even though his test is low, his e2 and prolactin are out of whack, body seems to not like exogenous stuff
yeah, I don't know what the hell is in his gear but this is not a great reaction to whatever it is.

Ok. Slightly worried. Definitely been very tired lately. Guess I need to change labs and see how I go. Thanks for all the feedback. It’s much appreciated

At first, when you said you were on TRT, I thought you were getting test from a compounding pharmacy. Now I see it’s that pharmablow. I think this is an easy one.

Ah. Ok. Genuinely thought no one was selling bunk test as obviously so cheap to produce. I’ll switch suppliers. Not sure if allowed on here to ask for UGL suppliers. I’m obviously uk based. No worries if not. Thanks again everyone for the feedback

Head over to steroid underground and check out some of the top posts in there. You’ll find your way. Lots of great info in there.

Idk. There has been a lot of recent testing on pharmaqo gear. You can certainly try a new source most likely find better service I’m sure but underdosed test is unlikely imo.

No. Not normal brother.

So the testing has shown not underdosed? Think it’s wise to try another UGL anyway. Thanks

I don’t know this brand, but I would never take anything that goes above 250mg/ml.

But besides that, your bloodwork isn’t that strange for someone taking exogenous testosterone. So it’s not underdosed imo.

I think you just aromatize a lot which explains the elevated estrogen.

Trt might lead to an increase in prolactin due to the suppression GnRH, which can also can also reduce the secretion of LH and FSH. However, this is generally more of a concern in individuals with pre-existing conditions that cause high prolactin levels.

So I don’t think switching gear would really maken a difference in regards to your blood results. Unless your gear contains tren, but that is unlikely.
