Blood Work

What would you guys consider to be max LDL for health safety?
LabCorp range is 0-99. Levels below 70 are recommended for those with heart disease or who are high risk. Gear users are high risk. Lately the guidance seems to be leaning towards lower is better. Mine is around 40.

LDL alone is not a good indicator of anything except for LDL. It needs to be matched with about a dozen other points of data to properly evaluate risks. It can definitely be a risk multiplier if other conditions are met.
