so, recently i heard about this thing called kaatsu, that came out of japan, and started hitting local gyms, which involves a machine and a trainer at ridiculous prices, but i was intrigued by how it worked and started looking for more information.
it seems there has been a bit of research done on the subject of kaatsu/bfr training, and it seems to actually work. i was wondering though, is it effective using only a compression band? and does anyone have a some great resources for information on the subject?
