Bloods after 5 years off. TRT?

Hey guys. Just getting back into training after a long hiatus. I've been training once a week for the past year I'd say doing full body, but going to properly get back into a solid routine again.

I'm 37, been training for years, I first ever taken steroids in 2018, 500mg test and some anavar anavar, but liked it that much I decided to blast and cruise until mid 2019 or so. I came off and ran scallys power pct, got blood done and they were fine besides elevated e2.

The last year or so I felt kinda off - lack of motivation, loss of muscle mass, more fat gain especially at my current size, so out of curiously I got a full panel blood test. Turns out my shgb is high, free t is low despite having a higher total t and a few other markers were off. Do you think its time I consider trt? I'm currently supplementing with boron and increased my carbohydrates in the hope it'll lower my shbg. I'm from the uk so if you don't understand the units I'll do my best to convert it.

Thanks

Hard to tell, how did you feel before supplementing boron?

Blood work looks quite good apart from FT/Shbg. Of course TRT is not only about the numbers, but symptom resolution, though not a guarantee you will feel better. Everyone is different and therefore different protocols work for different people.

I feel pretty shit tbh. I do believe it's down to the shbg lowing my free t. Only been supplementing boron for a week now. If it does lower shbg, hopefully that will increase free t
