I am currently running Tst C 500mg/w NPP 600mg/w, EQ 850mg/w, I started Proviron 50mg 7 days ago

T - 3799 ng/dl
E2 - 15.8 pg/ml - WTF??

Beginning of the year cycle was Tst P 150mg EOD, NPP 100mg EOD

T - 5231 ng/dl
E2 - 106.2 pg/ml

Where's the E2 gone?

I know , I was just accentuating the fact that AI is not necessary for everyone.
Not sure why your e2 dropped.

Proviron works as an aromatase inhibitor of sorts

Proviron has four distinct uses in the world of bodybuilding. The first being the result of its structure. It is 5-alpha reduced and not capable of forming estrogen, yet it nonetheless has a much higher affinity for the aromatase enzyme (which converts testosterone to estrogen) than testosterone does. That means in administering it with testosterone or another aromatizable compound, it prevents estrogen build-up because it binds to the aromatase enzyme very strongly, thereby preventing these steroids from interacting with it and forming estrogen. So Mesterolone use has the extreme benefit of reducing estrogenic side-effects and water retention noted with other steroids, and as such still help to provide mostly lean gains. Its also been suggested that it may actually downgrade the actual estrogen receptor making it doubly effective at reducing circulating estrogen levels.

Idk... when I posted people said that it doesn't act as an AI. I have read that it does though. Either way there does seem to be some connection. I didn't have any low e2 symptoms.

Asi you can see I am running relatively more TST than cycle before and twice as much NPP as cycle before BUT my E2 is 6x lower..heck it is even lower than on my TRT dose of 125mg TST Cyp. Both cycles without AI. I know other guys that swear by EQ doing an AI job for them...here is the proof for me. I was about to throw in an Adex because 1G+ of aromatizingcompounds just asks for it.. I am glad I waited for bloods otherwise I would quite nicely crashed my E2

Only other thing I can think is that it causes a false reading. I ordered the sensitive assay both tests. But I'm inclined to agree with you.

It's the EQ. I went through the same experience.
I crashed my E2 levels on 1g test no AI when I did a 4.5g EQ frontload.

I'm currently running 1.5g test with 1.5g EQ, no AI no sides.
