Bloods on trt only including Lp-PLA2

some history! I'm 37 years old and my last cycle was 3 years ago of
500mg test cypionate for 16 weeks and 20mg of dianabol a day for the first 4 weeks.

2 years ago I started TRT with 90mg of test enanthate a week through a clinic.
so I had a more in depth cardio profile blood test a few days ago, for the first time testing Lp-PLA2, ApoB and Lp(a)

I got a seemingly high reading for my Lp-PLA2 which was 407 U/L with my labs green range being 0 to 560, and over 560 marked as high and red.

Do you guys know how good or bad my Lp-PLA2 result is? I understand that Lp-PLA2 is a very good indication of plaque being laid down in arteries. So being 80% towards the red line indicates quite substantial plaque going down, just not an alarming amount?

The rest of my bloods came back as this

TOTAL CHOLESTEROL

I’m also interested in why my HS-CRP is so low or the test not a great inflammation measure in reality? I don’t have inflamed muscles or joints at the minute, but it seems very low
