Background:
50yrs
20+ years lifting (mostly power)
Pre weight 169
5’ 7”
On TRT for last 2.5 years (120mg test cyp per week)
Consider this my first cycle as all before were just orals with no knowledge. (20 years ago)

Currently:
500mg 24K's Test E in two 250mg shots per week (batch 5797167404)
250iu hcg every other day
Adex .5mg E3D (Pharm) again 24K's
5 weeks into a 12 cycle
Blood done 36 hours after last shot
Weight currently 191 (I’ve not eaten this much in 20 years, fat is there but a bunch of muscle)

Labs (attached but):
TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, LC/MS/MS 6252 (like that number)
ESTRADIOL 68 (hate that number)

Like the Test numbers but thinking I need to change the Adex to .5mg EOD (or more?)

Concerns:
Liver and Estradiol

Future:
Thinking ahead as I need to put in another order to complete this cycle
12 weeks back on TRT dose then another 12 weeks of:
Test E – 500-600mg a week
Maybe add a little Deca (for joints) 200-300 week (maybe front load NPP)

Suggestions? Comments? Did I forget something?
Thanks for all on here I have have learned so much just reading.

Excellent numbers. Very impressive.

Just for the sake of clarity, how many cc per shot are you pinning? And you are not running your trt dose on top of this?

Where does your 120mg dose put you at, for reference?

Very nice numbers and results. I'm sure that 22lb has you looking like a new man with your frame. Great job man!

Sorry:

Pinning twice a week 250mg each shot....trt dosage was just for background data

On 100mg a week it was total was 838 with free of 105.. I was then bumped to 120mg a week but new bloods for that are not until next Feb/March. My plan is blast, back on trt then bloods again. Now I'm think of another blood to confirm estradiol is going down.

Thank you.

The reason I asked for the cc breakdown per shot, is because I was under the impression that 24k had his enanthate dosed at 200/ml. I may be behind the times with that though.

I don't ask trying to call doubt on your methods or results, those are just outstanding numbers. Some would say overdosed even.

And to address your e2 issue, changing to .5 EOD should be sufficient to get it in line

you are correct 200/ml so I shoot 1.25cc per shot. I just got his lab results and they showed it was just about dead on.

Out of curiousity - what's the point of diminishing return for testosterone levels during a cycle?

"testosterone, TOTAL, LC/MS/MS 6252"

6252 sounds quite high - versus being at 3,000 or 4,000 for example, what's the value/risk tradeoff as you go higher and higher? Pardon me if that's a stupid question.

If you're not symptomatic your E2 levels look fine. They're not within range but neither are they high enough for concern unless again you're symptomatic of high E2.

I wouldn't worry about your liver numbers. Again, not hat high at all and you're running supraphysiological levels of steroids so they're expected to be slightly high.

Nobody can answer that about diminishing returns.

The trade off is the higher the levels the more the side effects.

I've got joint pain (can't tell if that is age+heavy lifting)
loss of energy, feeling tired and sleepy
BP is up, face is flushed at times.
No ED issues and no real night sweats.

Main reason I tested a week earlier than I planned was I wanted to know my E2.
I'm not sure what else to look for.

Bp and facial flushing are due to those rocking tt numbers.

Everything else is probably attributable to wear and tear. When is the last time you put on 22lbs in five weeks? Your body is putting in work right now. It's allowed to be a little tired. Embrace the nap when possible. Set aside another hour for sleep if possible. This is normal, unless it's to the point that it's truly interfering with life or anything of that severity.

I am 50 (and on TRT for years), and I get the elevated BP, flushed face, loss of energy with elevated E2. I wouldn't worry about the AST/ALT unless your bilirubin number goes outta whack. That signifies liver damage, the enzymes being elevated are letting you know the liver is working overtime. Levels should go back to normal when at TRT levels for a few weeks.

This is why pre cycle and post cycle bloods are just as important as the mid cycle bloods...

Also, I don't see a downside of getting your test levels in the 6,000 range, As long as the E2 is controlled, I prefer it

Sorry I do have pre-blood but at my doc.. I wrote all them down and all were in normal range.. Now that I'm better informed that I can request my own labs I'll run them pre/mid/post. Funny my lab work under insurance (super high deductible) is 3x times what this cost me.

Anyone have a thought on my next blast so I can put my order in to complete this one?

I am no doctor but you should check out why your liver level and Absolute neutrophil count are high. Looks like a Autoimmune hepatitas (AIH).

Hows the pip with 24s test E ? I had some about 6 months ago that had bad pip and flu like symptoms after pinning.
