Bloodwork and next steps

Hey guys. 44 year old, 6’4 205. Currently on 160mg Test C per week. My plan had been to increase test after I got this bloodwork back but have some concerns around the hematocrit, red blood cells, and hemoglobin. Here are the results. I drink a gallon of water a day and had 96 ounces before the blood draw. Donated blood after this and had another test….everything is now in range. My blood pressure also spiked a few weeks back out of nowhere so currently managing that with my doc and it’s under control. Had a full cardiologist work up (stress test, bloodwork, echo) and all looks good. I was super exited to push the test up but now trying to decide if that’s my best bet or if I’m better off adding something different and keeping the test dose low.

No replies? Did you sort the hematocrit out!

Drink more water and make sure to drink a lot before blood draws. I drink 2-3 gallons a day and around a gallon before doing bloods. And make sure your getting in the proper electrolytes you need to stay hydrated.

how much cardio are you doing a week? My levels were slightly elevated until I upped my cardio and added electrolytes daily
I do 30 min 4X per week. Jus had blood work again a couple weeks ago. Made sure I was doing a far better job hydrating and that was the difference. Numbers were all in normal range.
