My test is low at 405 but mine was never higher than that when tested, but my free test is fucking low as shit. What does this mean? Trt for me? Starting to feel like shit

You need to get FSH and LH to see if you are making testosterone naturally again. So this bloodwork is pointless.

ahhh there ya go. well since those are in range. I would guess that your not going to recover more. maybe you can try a little longer.so thats ur official numbers. not bad, but not great.

But i don't PCT, and never have or will.
