Bloodwork on TPP?

Hey Meso members hope everyone is doing good. Some npp and tpp is on the way. I will be using 150mg/eod of both. How long should I wait for tpp to stabilize in body for bloodwork? Blood should be drawn after 24 hours or 48 hours? As for test prop it's 24 hours and for test e and c 48 hours but I have no idea on test phenylprop.
