Bloodwork Results. 150 mg/week Test C

I've been running 150 mg/week of Pharmacom C250 for 13 weeks as TRT.

Protocol is 75mg every 3.5 days subq in the abdomen.

I'm not having any E2 sides that I notice and sex is pretty good. I've felt emotionally stable the whole time. I do feel things can be dialed in a bit better.

I have Primo on-hand and was thinking of adding a low dose. Feel free provide thoughts or advice. Full bloodwork scheduled for end of Feb.

good shit.

how far from injection day did you get labs done?

I injected the night before (9 or 10 hours). I didn't want to alter my schedule and it was the only morning I had available to test. Think it matters much since I do every 3.5 days?

Cool. Someone taking responsible Trt dose. Your 40, got life squared away, and want to add primo. Nothing wrong with that.

What are your goals?
Try to get used to pinning IM. Yes, you can bump your test up a bit, easily to 100 a week. Adding primo will make it a blast though.

Unfortunately my goals are temporarily on hold. I've lost partial feeling in both hands. Numbness in forearms as well (No HGH use). The PA took one look at my x-rays (thoracic and cervical) and said degeneration was obvious. Waiting for hospital to schedule MRI next. I'm not too surprised as I was having some neck/back issues prior.

Did you mean 200mg per week? I'm already at 150.

I feel great and look good otherwise. Never missed a workout in 12 weeks. I hope I didn't damage anything permanently. I think I went too hard too soon. The results had me excited and was pushing hard.

Not sure I want to do IM. SubQ has been a breeze for me. No issues so far.

While I wait to get answers, I figured that I'd try and dial myself in. Primo is tempting for E2 control. I could also reduce my dose. I'll probably just wait and test again first. I have more detailed bloodwork later in Feb.

Like @Whopperflopper said try IM pinning. Primo sub q sounds painful

I haven't tried it yet. I'm curious. I usually warm the vial and use 27ga. Carrier is GSO.

And he has a VPN , he knows whatsup
How can you see that someone uses a VPN? Creepy.

What are your goals?
I put more thought into this. Most of my goals are involved with my responsibilities as a father and husband.

1. Performance enhancement. I have physically/ mentally challenging job and a family that depends on me. Stable mood and enhanced recovery are important.

2. Better health and body composition. I was was a fat kid growing up and gain weight easily. I'm naturally muscular though and am responding to Test well. Noticeable recomp. Wife is happy. I have alot less body fat. BP is good. Def. feel incentivized to continue exercising and eating healthy.

3. Aesthetics (more muscle and definition)
Looking good is feeling good. I want to look good for my wife and have a vacation planned thus summer. Looking good can't hurt the career either.

Basically, I'm a normal guy looking for an edge. I'd like to be as lean and muscular as possible while maintaining the best health possible.

Sorry I mis read your dose. Stay with what you got. I feel ya on looking for that Edge.

A physically demanding job warranted my use too. I didn't need to hit the gym daily, that's for sure. I've got a bad back too.
Like many, steroids and painkillers became my stack.

I'd retest and then evaluate from there. Not enough time between your last dose and your bloods. Like say you pinned on Monday, at least wait until Wednesday or Thursday so you'll have a better idea of how effective your dosage is. How do you feel? Good energy? No brain fog? Libido?
150/week is usually a pretty good number for most people. All your numbers look spot on, honestly your E2 is not that bad. I'd say just keep cruising along where you're at, don't mess up a good thing.

Yep. That's my plan for now. Will retest.

I pin on Thurs mornings and Sunday evenings. I try to time blood draw with UPS flights. I live very remote and it's 2 hours round trip to the drop-off. I'll wait and pin after next time.

I feel great other than my damn numb hands. Hopefully I can get it figured out. Yes, energy is good. No brain fog. I feel awake faster in the mornings. Sharp at work. Wife is turned on by the body changes and says she notices an improvement in my overall mood. I feel stable and we've been humpin' like bunnies.

Yep, I think you're right. Will keep cruising for now. I'll get more data and go from there. I will be adding Primo in the future. I've seen some interesting stuff on running test and primo at ratios from 1:1 to 1.5:1
Never tried DHT derivs. Not concerned with hair loss. I already have MPB and I hope what's left falls out haha.

From what ur describing with ur hands brother from experience is most likely cervical related. Being ur healthy there gunna make u do thing like physical therapy, then come the injections which is pointless they will do things like nerve blocks and steroid/anti inflammatory agents. You'll be out of pain for a week or two at most shots is there new way to whack ur insurance with a nice hefty bill... Clearly somewhere u have a pinched nerve depending on how that nerve is pinched like say a herniated disc sometimes the disc will after time and after the initial inflammation passes it can slide back into place, this doesn't happen all the time. Good thing is if they can pinpoint the nerve and the area u might be able to do a minimal invasive surgery.... If u really messed up the disc they can actually go in remove the bad disc and put in this new disc it was made by the Germans acts exactly like a disc nice a firm but has some gel like five to it and they lock it into place with a cpl screw 2 to 4. My buddy who is a pro surfer had it done he chases big waves for a living and took a bad whippit right in the wrong spot and whinded up crushing his disc actually tore it in a cpl places. They went in and did that surgery and he followed the physical therapy and he is 100 percent better. He couldn't even paddle or surf after the injury couldn't pick his head up off the board without serve pain.... Thankfully being he is a pro he had access to really good doctor and surgeons. If ur on the east coast and consider surgery look into the surgery center up in NYC for back surgery top of the line surgeons. Hopefully with some predisione and some other anti inflammatory drugs it'll calm and relax things enough for them to heal on there own... If u have a belt squat machine I would use that over doing or putting anything on ur back or neck. Really I should be resting... The cervical is scary cause where there at but it's one of the easier places to do back surgery, lumbar can turn into a nightmeare.... I would also look into bpc147 and tb500 that may help with the healing along with any inflammation... A small dose of gh 1 to 1.5iu can help with bone health. Just a few things worth looking into. The peptides though can absolutely help and do wonder expecially bpc157.... Best of luck brother hope everything comes back and u feel better

Thanks man. Cervical spine MRI tomorrow. Going to get answers. Physical therapy scheduled as well. I've taken a break from the weights. Some bodyweight stuff. Nothing intense. Luckily I'm not in pain. I have some mild discomfort. A little tightness. What really sucks is the numbness and loss of dexterity and strength in my hands. Always dropping stuff.

This shit runs in my family. My dad had lumbar surgery. I remember him in pain. Definitely looking into GH and peptides. Not going down without a fight. I've heard GH can cause CTS. I'd hate to make things worse. I think that's at higher doses?

Been a while. Figured I'd update and turn this thread into a log. Maybe there's others out there dealing with similar issues.

Cervical MRI showed a complex of issues. Degeneration, bulging discs, stenosis and bone spurs. More bloodwork today. I told the doc I'm on self TRT. Luckily he was cool and told me he had experience working with bodybuilders and TRT patients. I'll have new numbers soon. I also have an appointment with a neurosurgeon on the 28th for the spinal issues. Will have more info then.

Issues @ c3/c4 and c6/c7. Severe to moderate bilateral stenosis. Numbness in hands and forearms. Sucks donkey balls.

2/22 Bloodwork results. Protocol is 75mg Test C every 3.5 days. Sub q in the abdomen. Been pinning since October. Blood draw was in the trough, day before next pin. Pretty much in line with previous draw near the peak. Cholesterol was down slightly and PSA was a little better. Hematocrit was a few points higher. Overall, pretty satisfied. Doc order free test but the lab didn't do it.

Well....it's not what I wanted to hear. Spinal cord is pinched (cervical). Neurosurgeon wants to replace 2 discs. Symptoms not getting better. Don't think I have a choice. Doc seems legit. Procedure and recovery not too bad. Think I'll go for it. Got plans and goals. Gotta get this shit fixed!

Yeah just get urself a high purity generic there is some good one out there at the moment unless u wanna go pharma either way u would start with a low dose or 1iu or 2iu or even in the middle of that for gh.... Iv just noticed with mine hgh+BPC 157+TB 500 helped a ton and seeing the pt specialist twice a week and I would also hit the chiropractor twice to three times a week which helped keep things in lined while I healed along with reliving that pressure in that spot also allowed for fresh fluid and healing nutrients to get in there..... There is some minimal invasive surgery they can do now my buddy who is a professional big wave surfer had. A bad whip out on like a 50footer and ruptured the disc in his neck. He could paddle or surf without serve pain or even pick his head off the board thankfully he has access to the best doctors and surgery doctors. They removed his disc and put in this soft super real one the Germans make 2-3 months later he was back doing hard p.t getting his range back no pain at all. He's back fully 100 percent doing what he loves chasing huge pipeline, jaws, cloudbreak, and other spots with massive waves and doing it pain free. So it can be done , just don't give up brother things like predisione will help with the inflammation, just don't stay on them long. If ur down and need to talk feel free man I went threw a really shity period over mine exp cause no one was helping plus it was right before covid .... Hopefully ur a bit better
