Bloodwork Results diagnosis

I have a few questions with my most recent results. Hoping some can shed some light or experience on my high markers.

waiting on test and e2 apparently it will take 7-15 more days. 100-150mg has been my dose the last few months.

LH .9
Fsh 1.6
SHBG 31.6
Hempcrit 48
AST 27
Alt 37
C reactive .41
apparently not good to have higher alt then ast? Anyone heard of that before ? That’s what I saw. And seems I fall into that category

Everything else in range ( about 50 other things were tested, but I just listed some basic ones) except these things:

HIGH BUN 25 | range 6-20

HIGH BUN/Creatinine ratio 26 | range 9-20

HIGH Neut/Lymph Ratio 3.2 | range 0-2.9

HIGH CALCIUM 10.3 | range 8.7-10.2

But both the neut and lymph where in range and very acceptable so not sure what that ratio means

Anyone ever have these high markers as well ?

Looking forward to hearing about some harm reduction insights about my bloodwork questions

Your blood work is fine.

The high bun means you were probably dehydrated. Slightly elevated calcium also isn't too worrying and could be from bad hydration and both could also be from a strenuous workout, ie. slight rabdo. Otherwise both are implicated in kidney function and if these markers persist, I'd check PTH, maybe lower VitD supplementation if you're taking high dosages and further on check kidneys a bit more thoroughly.

Ast and alt are both low so don't worry about that. Otherwise yes, to your assumption about alt higher then ast.

Interesting you have somewhat active pituitary in spite of being on trt ...

Thanks for the response. I looked at my bloodwork from the past. There was only one other time I had high BUN. The fall of 2023. Took the blood test in the morning as well like this time.

The only thing I could think of both of these times with high bun Both blood tests were taken about 1-2 hours after consuming my morning Celsius energy drink

All other bloodwork was done in afternoon with no high BUN

I thought it was interesting as well with the pituitary gland, What I’ve been running last few months is from a clinic, I guess we’ll see what my hormone levels are in about 1-2 weeks.

@Jin23 What would that mean regarding the somewhat active pituitary gland ?

If someone is on trt or blast and cruise for 3 years , have in range /high test levels , what would it indicate ?

Excluding too low of dosages I'd say probably genetics in the relevant brain areas, which have to do with the negative feedback loop, ie. lower sensitivity to androgens/estrogens in the hypothalamus/pituitary. But it could be anything really, maybe you even have poor blood brain barrier permeability to androgens/estrogens ... I've really never researched this, so I'm just guessing.

Have you always had partly active LH/FSH secretion?
