I know this isn't the normal lab test results but I thought I would share anyway. This is a Bod Pod test results over a 7 week period. Short 4 week cycle of Test prop and Tren Ace the last 4 weeks of the 7 week recomp. Injections every day.
Test prop .2 ed. (140mg/wk)
Tren ace .7ed. (490mg/wk)

Tried to keep about 500cal def/day. Cycle calories anywhere from 1800 - 2200 / day depending on what body part I was working. 2200 on leg days. 1800 on arm days.
Cardio was 45 min of walking 3.0mph on 5% incline 4 days/ week.

Weight started at 173lb
Weight ended at 178lb
18.3% bf to 15%. Lean muscle gain of 9lb
Planning on trying to drop more body fat. Working progress.

I DID NOT get any bloods on this cycle.

I don't know if you guys want to see this or even care. I felt like it was very good results in a short period of time. It's just a little experimenting for me. Thanks for reading. Any questions please ask. I'll post the brand of gear if you guys want to know but I'm not promoting for anyone. Just curious if these results are respectable?

Thank you for all kind words!

The first few weeks I was losing about 1lb a week off of scale weight. So around feb 5 or so I was about 171lb. I had some Tren and test left over so I thought what the heck I'll throw it in until it's gone and see what happens. I then started gaining weight of course. All on a calorie deficit. I also really noticed the change in the way I was looking.

When I went in and was tested in the Bod Pod, they were floored at the lean muscle I had gained and body fat I lost. They told me most people lose muscle when dropping body fat. They wanted to know what I was doing but of course I couldn't tell them exactly.

I don't know how many of you have used a bod pod to track progress, I must say I'm a believer in them. I would of never guessed a 9.5lb gain in pure muscle on only a 4.5lb gain on scale weight. If you have a Bod Pod in your area I suggest trying it out. I know it's not actual blood work or a replacement for it. But it is HARD numbers that tell you it's working.

This summer I plan on going at it again with an actual plan, blood work and all for 8 weeks. Shooting for 10-12%. By the way, for guys that are really 10% or below body fat, you have my respect. I feel pretty lean and I'm only 15%!

You didn't gain 9lbs of muscle. That's 9lbs of fat free mass. Regardless of me nitpicking on that technicality, you look better now. Congrats on the progress.
