Are having a 20% off sale for a few more days. I went through the registration process, then placed an order, but the code (sent to my email) was not working.
I then used the right code. Unfortunately, both orders are active, and my concern is that if I send money it will be applied to the larger/un-discounted order.
I have tried everyday to delete the first order, with no luck. I have sent 2 emails, and 2 messages via their web site, with no response. The first inquiries were sent more than 3 days ago That is odd since I have gotten about 7 emails from them advertising their site, yet cannot get a response for a $500 order (404 w/ discount)..
I am thinking that it might be better to just go through my regular src. Roxi is supposed to have cleared up the issues in his system. Also, Roxi has come through every time for me, although one order was delayed.
