But I dont have any idea how it is working, is it accurate or anything that I should know.

I have budget up to 250 usd.

Anyone has experience any of them?

The best option is to stop using syringe filters and move to a bottle top filter. From there you can fill your vials with ease.

If you don’t have a way to sterilize vials you can still buy the ones already sterilized and use a regular syringe to transfer from the media bottle to the vials.
