BPC 157/ TB 500 and CJC 1295 with DAC

I’m very new to this. I’ve tried BPC 157 before when I hurt my shoulder. I did very little, didn’t feel any relief or help. I up it to morning and evening and my shoulder felt better. That was two months ago. Now I’ve ordered the BPC157/TB 500 combined and CJC 1295. Any recommendations on dosage? I’m 50yrs old, 145 lbs and do CrossFit 4-5 days a week at 5 am. I plan on lifting more in evenings.
Do I inject before a.m gym? After? Can I take all together? Any advice will be appreciated tremendously

I run BPC 5/2 @ 250mcg I broke my tib/fib/ankle a few years back & have 2 plates and 20 screws in my leg. It helps immensely with the inflammation. I have none now, as a matter of fact. Also helps with my TMJ pain.
I’ve got some BPC/TB 500 in the freezer but haven’t tried that blend, yet.

I did CJC1295/Ipa last summer. Didn’t really see any effect good or bad. Beyond immediate facial flushing/rapid heart rate for a few minutes and extraordinarily vivid dreams. I get an InBody scan monthly and it didn’t change or increase my lean mass. For CJC my dosage was 100mcg 5/2

I started Test C last August and it has been LIFE CHANGING. I’m seeing muscles I haven’t seen since junior high.
 
What is your goal for taking these compounds?

Generally:
BPC 250-500mcg 2x a day.
TB500 5 - 10mg pinning at least 2x a week.
These are typically used for injury healing but I use them for "wear and tear" repair cycles.

CJC is much more effective with the addition of a ghrelin agonist like MK 677 or one of the injectables. Solo I've not seen many reports of it being very effective. For the cost of CJC and a ghrelin agonist you might as well just get GH. GH is much more effective with usually less side effects.
 
I’m will be using the BPC/TB 500 @ 200 5/2. I have the CJC but not used. I didn’t find this site until after getting it. Now I’m hesitant to use it. I will do more research on Test C and GH. I use the BPC for the same reason. Healing and wear and tear. I lift weights and work out and would like to see more muscle. So I’m looking for something to help

I’ve been using BPC157/TB500 and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is I have virtually no DOMS. It’s super nice to be able to workout really hard and be barely sore the next day. I combine this with GHK-CU and have noticed improvement in my skin.

I’m a little over halfway through a Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin cycle and am down 2% body fat and have had no side effects other than a little itchyness right after injecting. I’m planning on cycling CJC1295 no dac and ipa next.
