Breaking up the workouts

I am currently looking to strengthen up as im coming back from an injury and need to get my 3 main lifts back to competing level.

I have all day every day to workout so currently im doing morning light cardio and a stretch, then i hit the gym around 2 and at night go to the pool and sauna sometimes. stretch 3 times a day and recover quite well (currently on cycle for another month) so that's helping the recovery. now my question is i want to get the absolute maximum out of every muscle group I hit so its kinda like a Strong lifts 5x5 program is my idea where in the morning id do my light cardio as a warm up hit my squats then stretch. around noon for my regular workout time id hit chest or shoulders and then at night either do deads or bent over rows and some accessory work.

Partiality reason is purely to kill time in the day do not have alot to do and then of course being fresh to push the most amount of weight with each muscle group.

anyone ever try anything like this or would it really make no difference from stacking the workouts together.
