bridging

what main factors determine what to bridge with... -biz- {::}

honestly dude.. the only thing I would every bridge with would be Primo... and no more than 200mg per week max. only primo cuz its the only one which doesnt shut down your HPTA while on and lets you recover... though I hear speculation about a morning dose of Dbol (less that 10mg)...

main factors - MONEY. If you don't have much money - dbol 5mg/day in morning. If you have cash Anavar if you want to use orals. Primo if you want to inject.

personally, I don't recommend bridging unless you're a competitor. your body probably needs a break.

Var would be my only choice for bridging or a low does of test per week but IMO bridging is a bad thing - I would rather see a bro do pct and take time off between cycles or just run a longer cycle.

I used the am dbol bridge and it worked well. I didn't lose any gains from previous cycle.

So what happen when you start up another cycle, did you make more gains then the previous.

Say you maxed out at 230lbs and then did a bridge and keeped all of it. And then started another cycle. Were you able to pass the 230lbs that you maxed out on the last cycle.

I always read people saying that they didnt loose anything when they did a bridge but they never say what happen when they started a full blown cycle again.

I'm sure he kept most of it because he never came off,,there are plenty of studies showing that even low doses of anavar will keep you shut down.

It's been my experience that you will still lose a little doing the bridge but you're never completely 'off'. I would get right back on only to get back to where I was before the bridge.

Macro I hear what your saying. I was just giving my experience w/ dbol bridge and its anticatabolic effects. I was around 225-228 when I finished a fina/susp cycle. I might have lost a pound or two. Took a few weeks off completely about a month lost another 2-3 lbs. Got back on and got up to 235. From what I read I thought by taking the dbol (10mg or less) in the am it is masked by your natural test and your hpta will be able to recover a bit.
