I hurt my wrist about 2 weeks ago. I can still deadlift, row, lat pull.. but I'm unable to curl, press, press down. I've been resting it and keeping it wrapped up and the pain has gone away. When I deadlift with straps it pulls my wrist and acutally makes it feel %100 better for a little while. It feels normal most of the time until I try to lift something (like curl a 20lb dumbbell) I get pain untderneath where that ball thing in your wrist is and it feels like something is out of place. I also think that my wrist looks different but I'm not sure. I think a injury like this should have gone away after 2 weeks unless I broke something and dont know it. Is that possible? I dont wanna go to the doc and be like "I think I broke something"
