So here we go- B79 and @johnnyBALLZ finally lined shit up and are pinning and training together. This will be a co-log as we are both busy dudes. I will give you the rundown with my stats, cycle and goals with a basic training layout...

250 lbs (249.8 at this exact moment)
Somewhere between 13-14% bf
Bench 5 x 5 with 315 (never max out)
Deadlift 2 x 475
Squat 2 x 425
Military press 12 x 155 (never go heavy)
Bent BB row 6 x 225
These are current numbers and not PR's

Cycle - private lab don't bother asking
T cyp - 750 wk 14 weeks
Eq - 900 wk 14 weeks
Tbol - 50 mg a day first 4 weeks
Mast prop - 700 wk weeks 12-16

Peptides - 6 pins daily of ghrh and ghrp mostly cjc no dac, hexarelin, imap and ghrp 2. Currently getting severe joint swelling and numb hands so I might cut back if it seriously affects training.

Diet- 6000 calories daily six meals and a shake a day. Pre prepped meals 6 per day with mixes chicken, salmon, broccoli, turkey, rice, sweet potato, beans and sushi when I ball out on paydays. I do a mornimg shake with 3 cups kale, 4 cups milk, cup peanut butter, 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, two bananas and 40 grams whey that is just shy of 3k calories. This is the first time I am really making meals a priority as far as meal timing, prepping and eating clean.

Training will start off as gvt for everything but legs- legs will be 5x5 squats/deads one day amd squats / ancillary leg shit halfway through the week. After two/three weeks gvt we are switching to fst7... I heard @mands talking about it and after reading up I decided I'm going to be a 6'2 350 lb phil heath. This gear better be good.

My goals are strength, strength and strength. I want my lifts to go up. I love compound lifts.. squats, deads, benches, military pressing, rows, etc. And I fucking hate isolation shit. Fuck curls and shit. Jballz loves that stuff so I am hoping to get bigger arms with him leading the way, and I am going to get him on this heavy squat and dead shit. I am also looking to be able to do 10x10 pull ups... I can only do ten now. Hard at 250! (Excuse #1).

I dumped 8cc's into my glutes friday and 6 today with a heavy frontload. I will be pinning eod 250 cyp and 300 eq. First day training with jb will be tuesday. Today and monday will be getting ready workouts. Till then.

6k calories is hard to imagine. Can you do this now? Or are you counting on the EQ helping you out with appetite?

This should be an interesting study on the effects of EQ hard and heavy at the very least. Be safe with the lifts, and good luck.

I can do it thanks to that 3000 on the shake. Too much chewing otherwise
 
I'm sure johnny will. Unfortunately I am adorned with several tattoos that are documented courtesy of the United States government, and as excited as I am for the cycle I am not so excited I feel they need to know... if I was to blank out the tats there would be no picture- I am covered. I also forgot to add pre cycle bloods from a 6 week cruise came back at-

I just gave blood two weeks ago and will donate blood early november to counteract the eq.
 
@brutus79 have either of you guys done GVT before? I loved it when I did it when I first started training again.

Are you both pinning the same compounds and doing the same dosage amounts?

I have done a 5 week gvt run- astounding results strength wise. He has not done it before. His cycle is slightly different- he is doing tren and npp if I am not mistaken. I csn not run tren because it makes me want to murder people.
 
I had great results from GVT also. But I also was just getting back into lifting so some of the strength was muscle memory I'm sure. I'm curious to see JBZ results, as I'm thinking my next run will also be tren and npp. Good luck guys, will definitely be following along

Front loading this week with 1.5g of both test c and EQ.. I'll also be using TNE on training days where I see fit..

Trying to get over 240lbs (231 was my heaviest) and stronger than brutus.. ;)
