has anyone read it it pops up so damn much when i go to hompepage im tempted to just buy the damn thing, post your reviews and lmk
thanks

I think it'd be cool just as a reference or even coffee table book. As far as info goes, I dont think there is anything in that book that you couldnt find on this board.

Its another E (electronic online ) book isnt it?

Sure wish these guys would make these in paperback like the good old days , UGhandbook, Anabolic Reference Guide, WAR..

I like having something I can see, touch, and take with me so I dont have to pack along a computer everywhere!

AUTHORS, you hear me?? hINT hint

it's full of really good info but it has so much scientific stuff in it that i found it hard to read. i am learning alot reading it but it is hard to stay interested in it as i feel like i'm back in school and i should be taking notes. almost too much info if that's possible!

I bought the book (tangible copy) through the good 'ol Meso homepage. It is pretty in-depth, but has some interesting information. I would not suggest it to a newbie! I haven't really had the time to dissect & digest it all, but the parts I've looked at seem worth a try. This summer, I'll have more time to put some of the concepts into action.
