Bulking vs. Cutting Training variances

So far in my experience with BB and sports I've never had to worry about BF%. I've always just concentrated on getting bigger and the BF% just stayed relatively the same. I'm nearing the point were I have to be conscious of it now and I know how to handle it from the diet point of view but not the training. My ? is this.......

When you guys are bulking vs. cutting (on a bulking diet vs. cutting diet) how do you alter your training. Do you lift differently as well? ie) do circuits instead of groups to get the 'peripheral heart action' (cardio vascular system works harder to divert blood etc.) Do you go insanely high reps? Do you just do more cardio? Is it a combination of both?

I'm just looking for suggestions on training while cutting vs. training while bulking....... Thanks guys

Train in the same manner that built you so much tissue. Cut kcals as litle as possible. Increase volume of mod to high intensity aerobic work and anaerobic short duration work like sprints over a period of several weeks, only adding volume of work when weight loss slows. From there add in mod to low int CV as and when required whilst keeping kcals as high as possible.
