bump in quad

bros i wrote a post on this a while back, basically i did a shot of test cyp and for the next few days my quad was swollen and hot to the touch. the swelling has disappeared and it is not hot anymore but there is still a small bump i can feel in my quad, could this be an abscess?

btw i got some antibiotics from the doc

I always have this kind of lumpy thing in my glutes and quads when i inject more than 1ml. If its an abcess bro...you wont have to post and ask for opinions..You will know absolutely.
