Busted tibia and fibia,whats best to heal it

been doing protien powders, the new bovine serum powder,mega vitamins,6 tabs instead 2. 5000 of C,digestive enzymes(pineapple extracts)3000 omega 3 s ,serrataptase,(silwork extrac)8000
aakg or NO,diesel test, for the hella it,and xenedrine,, just because..working out the best i can.

got 2 plates and 14 screws,, so yea im screwed,,, any thing else that will help ill do any thing !

I slipped on ice two winters ago while drunk and broke both my fib and tib ended up with the surgery for titanium rod and screws......was on crutches for 3 months and a boot for another 3 and chose not to do doctor appointed physical therapy.......currently squatting close to my all time weights but am very weak with that leg individually.....if you can afford it (which is why I didn't), I strongly recommend doing the phys therapy to at least strengthen the knee again and increase the flexibility in the achilles on that leg or you'll have problems......as far as what to take to heal it faster.......just eat healthy and don't put on too much bodyweight........
 
Irish is right if you can afford it do the therapy bro, you want to have the best quality of life you can and not just training wise overall. Good luck:)
 
I WENT TO THERAPY ONCE they gave me a rubber band and a sheet of exercises to do,,,i been doing sissy squats,, holding a post leaning back and squatting to paralel,,,im up to 3 sets @ 50..
and doing leg extentions too,,wearing that boot thing,ill call med office a nd see if they pay for a Pt,,THNX GUYS,,
