ALLOW ME TO RE-INTRO MYSELF, my name is Bill, Buttcrack- to the Billy, so this will be basically my New Member Intro too since my other one was "Hey , look at my Buttcrack" I'm in my early 30's , lots of alcohol and 6 years of college and a lot of immaturity / hibernating put me in a bad place... Anyways, I was 287 lbs at the start date (growing up at peak growth I was 180 before cycling, 19 years old ) I've always been solid but just out of shape. Try a different protein man muscle milk has a lot of fat in it for a shake, I want to say like 13+ grams per serving. I know you have a lot of cutting to do and that will help, that's just my opinion tho everyone has one lol.
