Back in high school I know that being in band helped me with my athletic ability too, because we had to be able to sustain our breath for long periods of time against the resistance of the mouthpiece.
I'm thinking of getting one myself. They're rather expensive though.
i wasn't sure if they are any good.i've done some reading about them and they seem good.i just wanted to see if anybody here knew anything about them.i've seen that the navy use them as well.the price i've seen starts around $120.00.
