Caffeine Free Alternatives...Women's opinions appreciated

Im looking for insight into caffeine-free diet/energy pill supplements for my Sister. The correlation between caffeine (methylxanthines) and breast cysts is of major concern, as would be any alternative supplement with similar propensities. The main effect she wants out of the supplement is energy/motivation. My list of ideas is as follows:

Ephedrine
Pseudoephedrine
Phenylephrine
Yohimbine

Im curious about womens experiences with Yohimbine and any recommendations on sources for pharmaceutical yohimbe as opposed to the herbal formulation.

Also, due to the absurd press and FDA ban of Ephedra, shes not too keen on taking ephedrine. Therefore, I appreciate any info people have on alternatives there as well.

Thanks,

Lycaon

No caffeine but possibly ephedrine? Doesnt make much sense to me. IMO, for a good energy boost, 200mg caffeine and 1000-1500mg l-tyrosine is an awesome combination. Ephedrine on its own is ok, but gives some people the jitters, particularly during the first week or two.

Bob, thanks for the reply.

The reason for no Caffeine is because of fibrocystic breast disease (FBD). Caffeine stimulates overproduction of cellular products, such as fibrous tissue and cyst fluid. That's why I'm looking for alternatives to caffeine.

I had thought about L-Tyrosine, but never had much experience with it. Any brand you'd recommend. My first thought would be Twinlab.
