I’ve read that calcium d glucarate flushes a fair amount of already used steroid hormones so that they don’t get recycled in the bloodstream, which reduces the blood levels of said hormones.

I’m going to get a blood test and don’t want the test to be skewed by the decreased hormones levels.

I’ve been taking 3g calcium d glucarate for the past 7 days, discontinued yesterday

How long should I wait before taking the blood test so that my hormone blood levels get back to normal?

Apparently you do, but you’re not smart enough to bring an educated answer.

Thanks for the try dummy

i also did 3g a day i got no blood work but i am pretty sure it crashed my estrogen everything gone back to normal 4 days after i stopped
did not find any info on purging exogenous testosterone tough

Update:

I took the blood test one week after discontinuing my 3g daily dose: my testosterone and estrogen have significantly decreased.

T: 431 (previously 871)
Free t: 22,1 (previously 36)
E2: <20 (previously 21)

No other factor would explain it as my regimen has been constant
