After banging my head against a wall for two days trying to find a sticky on intense muscle that actually EXPLAINS DC i have given up. I know the basics are rest/pause and trying to max out for x number of reps on each compound exercise.
When you cant do that anymore you switch to another compound movement like from flat barbell benches you move to flat dumbbell benches. Can anyone post a sample DC routine here? And how many times in a set do you do the rest/pause thing when you reach failure?
