Can Dmso be used ass carrier?

Has anyone tried to use dmso as a solvent or carrier. I wish to brew test propionate but it crashed. So thinking of using 20% bb, 2%ba and the rest Dmso oil. Is it safe to inject dmso into muscle aswell?
