I use it daily, 50mg for LVH prevention.
Obviously check your labs especially potassium.

Yea, and honestly if your someone who like having a lean face, Eplerenone easily beats telmisartan,
I use 25mg daily as well, watch potassium n eat more salt than usual, especially pre workout, you miss salt, the cramps will show
