Can Letrozole shrink pre-existing gyno or not?

So I ran a test cycle and long story short I tried the “wait for sides” for my AI approach and ended up getting gyno. It wasn’t that bad so I accepted it but recently it’s grown to be twice the size and now I just can’t look down at my chest without feeling like shit.

regardless of how it got there, it’s about 7ish months old now and I’ve been doing research on how to shrink it. Some say Letro it, some say letro won’t do shit because it’s an AI and I should use Nolva, some say Nolva won’t do shit alone because my gyno is so old, some even say I just have to get surgery. Which I simply won’t be getting, it’s impossible.

I wasted money on bunk ralox twice and don’t want to wait 2 months for it to start working so if letro works faster, I’d rather just crush my estrogen.

I was thinking 2.5mg of Letrozole and 20mg of Nolva for a month or a little longer.

anyone with actual experience shrinking older gyno, a little guidance would be appreciated. it seems like guys that have never had a gyno issue don’t know wtf they’re talking about.

Rolox is the only thing I've heard of people having success with long after the fact. But yeah, it's kind of hard to find a good source stateside and pricey.

Way cheaper than surgery though, even if you strike out a dozen times.

Ralox (Evista) is your best bet for sure.
Do yourself a favor, do NOT buy UGL SERMs or AI
There are excellent Pharma sources here on Meso that can get you what you need.

Dont bother with the Nolva if you use a good Pharma Evista.

Letro can be a rough ride, a lot of guys do not respond well to it.
also.... will you be on cycle for the run?
If not, like you previously mentioned... crashed estro is not a good time.

From what I remember reading ralox was only slightly more effective then nolva. You can get nolva easy. I recommend 20mg EOD or 10mg a day at the highest.

I have used nolva and ralox. Ralox was from us pharmacy, my mom had BC, and never used it. So she let me have it. I did 120mg per day the first week, and 60mg per day for another 60 days. Nothing happened it remained the same size.

So i ordered nolva from the pharmacist, and did 20mg per day for the first week, and 10mg per day after. Within 2 weeks it was shrinking. It took about another 6 weeks, and it was gone. I stayed on the nolva for about a week after it was gone.

This gyno was something that had been a problem for a long time, and its now gone 100%.

I wouldnt use ralox again, because nolva worked great, plus its easier to find. Its also cheaper.

Since puberty. I literally had it for over 10 years. It was virtually nothing from puberty, but go a lot worse in the last year before i did something about it. Now its gone, and haven't had any flair ups.

thanks, definitely leaning towards the nolva and maybe letro idea. I do think you’re a rare case tho, most never see improvement past a year and a half or so of having gyno. crazy.

I was planning on being on cycle but what kind of cycle would alleviate the crushed estro if there is one?

Realistically anything that Aromatizes.

I csnt get into specifics, because we all react differently.
I dont use AI, Ever.
Just dont need it.
