can prednisone cause long term weakness

i was on prednisone for 12 days along with anti biotics for a bad sinus infection. i am still on the anti biotics but have been off the prednisone for almost 2 weeks but i feel weak. can 12 days of prednisone cause permanant muscle weakness? i started off with 30 mgs and worked my way down and stopped at 15 mhs per day. i went off early;did'nt like how i felt.

Takes awhile to get into your system and takes awhile to get it out of your system...always taper up and down....no it should'nt cause anything permanent.
