Hey I would greatly appreciate an opinion on this. Here is my situation.

I am 22 and have the highest metabolism known to man, lol. For some reason I can eat and never gain any amount of weight, Ive tried everything without using steroids so figure this is my last option.

I only want to gain 20-25 pounds and dont want to be on steroids all the time, so if there is something or some cycle to put the weight on that simple training will keep on that would be great. I wont be entering and competitions or anything like that, just want to put on a few pounds for myself. Maybe that is not possible, but let me know.

I bought some Anadrol but know you got to take Nolvadex (sp?) or something similar with it, is that right. Also with Anadrol from what I read you gain up to 25 pds but will loose it all, so is there something I can take with it to keep it on, or is that not the right drug for what I am doing.

ur not eating enough, trust me. And chances are your probably training too much.

If you cant gain weight naturally then u wil be very disapointed with roids dude.
 
more info is needed here. what is your diet like? trust me bro, its a bitch for me to put on weight... but it IS possible. i write down everything that i eat day in day out. keep track of fats, carbs, proteins, cals.... and i aim for as many cals as possible. try to hit around 4k cals a day. however, i would reccomend a different cycle for your first time, as im sure you only picked anadrol because you read somewhere it was the most powerful oral out there... so you figured youd gain the most weight on it. you should be looking at a test and equipoise cycle with some dbol to kick start it in my opinion. say 500mg test every week, 400mg EQ ew.... for say 12 weeks and then 30mg dbol for the first 4-5 wks. this is a solid cycle that can definitely yield 20lbs if your training and diet is on key. let us know what your eating, and how your training is bro.
 
Scott- at this point and time little brother do not hit the juice. I think it's really good that you want to gain as much as possible w/out juice. So don't do it yet.
Try posting in the training and nutrition forums here first. We have some damn good strength trainers here.
Also check out www.skinnyguy.net and get his book on gaining that much weight all naturally.
After your jacked up all naturally and hit your genetic peak, then consider the juice.

Hey guys, thanks for you help. I am in the bussiest three weeks of work for the year then I have off till Feb. so I will keep track of my diet after this time and let you know what I typically take in as far as carbs, protein, calories, etc...
What should I be taking in of each anyways, I am lost in that department.
