Can the steroid powders give a false positive cocaine test?

So, I have a little problem with my last purchase with LMC, after some mounths my package arrieves in my country, the customs open it and do some tests. I send an email for the courier shipping company to know why my package are so delayed and they awnser:

''Your shipment is being directed Federal Police from Airport, at the request of the IRS, as in preliminary test the contents tested positive for cocaine, HMTD, nitro and methamphetamine, prohibited products in Brazil.''

''As laid down, the federal police will do another test, because there was already a preliminary test, by the way, were already made two different types of tests.
Once the federal police withdraw from the bonded warehouse, I communicate to you and you can make direct contact with them.''

So, it's very crazy situation, how is possiblie these positive results? And HMTD is not a drug, it's very sensitive explosive used by terrorists!

How it's possible? or just a big error?

In Brazil steroids are controlled products, need medical prescription to buy. If sell it can go to jail, but it's not drugs. But I dont say to him that it's steroids, they need discovery it by themselves, it's not more than 200g, 6 diferents small powders like tren, test-e and 60g of EQ.
