Can Tren provide a false oestradiol reading?

Can tren provide a false oestradiol reading on a blood tests. I had my results back today and was shocked to see my Oestradiol at 675 pmol/L (183pg/ml). Prolactin was below range at 26mIU/L. Oestradiol is around 4 times the higher range.

I am 4 weeks in running:
Test c 350 Split daily
Tren A 30mg // Anavar 40mg // HGH 3IU Each day
Pharma Aromasin 12.5mg Every other day

The test was carried out by London Medical Laboratory for a Male Hormone Profile.

Thank you will retest again next week. Was about to jump on Letro but reading further into it I got the wrong test.
