I see some people just starting glp at 5-7.5mg that seems ridiculous to me or they have a ton of weight to lose.

Never, ever shake any peptide vigorously. Period, Without question, anything that creates turbulence, bubbles, or foam harms peptides. Some significantly and quickly, others are more durable, but it damages them all.
Gentle rolling in your hands if necessary to reconstitute. But if it's not quickly dissolving, stick it in the fridge and leave it alone for a while. Time is just as, probably more, effective than agitation.
Even if it goes clear quickly, it's good practice to leave it for another 5 minutes. The limits of vision only go down to 100um sized particles. Peptides are thousands of times smaller than that, so you can't "see" whether they've fully rehydrated.
