Can't find enough good food

I can't figure out what to eat when on the run and out of the house. Everyone is warning me I eat too much tuna because of Mercury. I keep a can opener in the truck and run in for a can when I get hungry. At least one can a day, sometimes more. I grab kidney beans and eat them cold from the can, but that makes my sodium go up. When I don't have steak and chicken with me, what can I make a quick pit stop and pick up when on the road? I try to eat almonds as a snack every day but don't want to do that too many times and protein bars are good but how many a day of those can you eat?

I'll boil up a dozen eggs, peel them and have them in cooler. A good change from tuna but they do wear thin after a while. The cab of your car might not smell the best by the end of the day either :confused:

I eat four whole eggs for breakfast every morning. Do you worry about cholesterol? How many eggs a day befor cholesterol is a problem?

Never had problems with it so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I usually eat a minimum 6 a day but up to a dozen and the doc says cholesterol is fine. They're very convenient and I own chooks so it works for me.
 
Eggs and milk are cheap and full of protien. Brutus got his Shit down. And OP if You are on a quest to get big, welcome to the world of always eating Shit you are tired of eating. It turns eating to feeding. I haven't eaten in three years, I feed.
 
I eat a bunch of broccoli, carrots and fruit, tons of fruit. Chicken is something I bulk cook on Sunday's and dice em up so I can throw them in anything to get my protein. Brown rice is a bulk too, throw that shit in a ziplock bag and I cut the bottom corner and munch on it while I'm workin, like rice puddin almost.
Damn Brutus, Fukin milk man, I don't know if I could drink that much milk.
Oh also hulk hogan used to crush 36-38 boiled eggs a day and he was good; get in as much as possible cause that's really good protien!

When you get bored with tuna, go for baby sardines or mackerel; stock up when they go on sale. Also, if you can get them, fish eggs (not caviar as it will be too expensive) are a good change-up. How to eat them? WITH BUTTER, that's how!
 
I really don't count calories. I try and eat 12-18 hardboiled eggs a day and drink a gallon of whole milk daily. That way I can eat 2 or 3 meals and have a couple shakes and I am in the 450 gram of protein range.


Damn. I do the same a shit ton of milk and a dozen eggs.

But I'm yet to be as swole as you :(
