LOL, well I thought we all might be on the4 same sheet of music, 430am I eat 2 cups cereal, 1 bannana 2 cups oatmeal along with 2 cups milk, 530am one huge ham,roast beef sand with shake, 630 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup rice with gravy. 830 PBJ sand bannana and shake 1030 2 can tuna with 1/2 cup rice tuna has carrotts in it, 1145 shake 1230 one huge ham roast beef sand with cheese on it, 330 PBJ with shake work out during workout shake after 1 cup carrotts, 630 8 oz cheese burger potato and green beans 845 3 cups milk with shake, and I get up a couple times during night and drink a shake, or I finish left over dinner, now I rotate meals so I dont eat same every day. I eat big ass plate of pasta 4 times week, now I really hope that is enough food because I feel like a fat bastard after the day is done, I do have a high motabalism. I am starting to think my gear is under dosed, because at a gram week test I should have gained at least 5 lbs water that with deca at 400mg I was on 600mg deca but was getting ready to run out had to lower
