cant get past

for some reason I cant seem to break that wall of weighing in at 230 - 235lbs I eat like a crazy mother fucker, all day I eat, non stop, is there something i can do to beat this, i want 240+ I tried everything, added more shakes in the day, etc, I even wake up in the night to get a meal in, let me know I am on a cycle now of gram wk test eneth and 400mg deca already week 9

Bob and Frosty make damned a damned good point. You may truly not be eating as much as you think. "I eat all day long and tons of shit" isn't very specific as that phrase means different things to everyone.

Me? I'd consider half a pound of pasta with olive oil and garlic, plus drink a half gallon of milk at one meal and, an hour later, the other half gallon of milk plus 2 or three peanut butter sandwhiches and maybe a can or two of tuna and repeat every couple of hours to be "eating a lot all day".

You might consider a small sandwhich every 2-3 hours plus a shake here and there to be "eating alot all day long".

So, which is it that you do?

LOL, well I thought we all might be on the4 same sheet of music, 430am I eat 2 cups cereal, 1 bannana 2 cups oatmeal along with 2 cups milk, 530am one huge ham,roast beef sand with shake, 630 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup rice with gravy. 830 PBJ sand bannana and shake 1030 2 can tuna with 1/2 cup rice tuna has carrotts in it, 1145 shake 1230 one huge ham roast beef sand with cheese on it, 330 PBJ with shake work out during workout shake after 1 cup carrotts, 630 8 oz cheese burger potato and green beans 845 3 cups milk with shake, and I get up a couple times during night and drink a shake, or I finish left over dinner, now I rotate meals so I dont eat same every day. I eat big ass plate of pasta 4 times week, now I really hope that is enough food because I feel like a fat bastard after the day is done, I do have a high motabalism. I am starting to think my gear is under dosed, because at a gram week test I should have gained at least 5 lbs water that with deca at 400mg I was on 600mg deca but was getting ready to run out had to lower

rambo, you need to keep track of your calories and find out what exactly you're eating. Otherwise we can't help that much. Often times people that think they're eating a ton find out they're not eating that much when they actually monitor what they eat. You could simply not be eating enough. Go to fitday.com and add in what you eat for a week and see what you get.
i am getting the download cd rom,I used to write down all I took in but fuck it have the PC do it for me, I might change the order I eat my meals

The above diet is horrible~~ Whole foods are a must. Try something like this: 4:30am 8oz of meat...steak, fish, lean hamburger, 6 whole eggs+ 2egg whites,1 glass of half and Half,2 slices of rye or whole wheat toast. Take supplements get some liver tabs: take 6 with every meal get some digestive enzymes to take with every meal..Vitamins etc..next meal 6:30..have a shake..use half and half, 12 0zs, plus protein powder......take liver tabs...8:30..Chicken 8-10ozs +1 cup of brown rice ,dark green veggies..cns of tuna + 1 cup of brown rice+1 cup of dark green veggies....liver tabs thats at 10:30.......you get the drift right..the sandwiches are okay but not great......
 
Sounds like you need to take a couple trips to McDonalds my friend. : ) On my serious bulkers the dollar menu is my best friend. Everyone does have a good point about whole foods. Make those the staple of your diet. I must admit though i would blowup on your diet..heh probably more fat than muscle gain though. Keep stuffing your face brother! The weight WILL come!
