i'm 5'5 and dropped down to 150 my top abs are somewhat visible the fat calipers say my belly is 10 mm and my chest is 10-12mm but i think i have gyno . the problem is i want to drop another 5 lbs maybe 10lbs . for some reason i never could get below 150 . i read all the articles about cutting i just stopped dropping thow and i'm stumped. i 'm so close to reaching my goal but i just can't fail. any ideas would help so much. thank you
