carb help

I'm in the middle of bulking and for some reason, my body's kicking back carbs. I'm not having problems eating protein but it's a real struggle to put back any quality carbohydrates. The most tolerable is for me to put oatmeal in a blender with some berries and drink it down but even that's getting to be more and more difficult. I have no problem with my PWO shake (cytogainer) which gets all its carbs from a maltose/dextrose mix. Since drinking my carbs seems to work best, I was wondering if anyone knew of any decent carbs you can drink down (hopefully better than maltose or dextrose) to give me a break from my sweet potatoes and brown rice. I know they won't be as good as solid foods but I need something to help get me through this slump.

Good idea staying away from the dextrose as much as possible. Id say go with role model's idea of pastas. You can get a lot of variety from eating that. Still doesnt help you though if you dont want to eat it. Are there any good carb shakes that arnt full of dextrose?
