i know this question has been asked before, but was do all of you guys recommend for the best fat loss? i've been bulking all winter so i've been doing my cardio after lifting...but i'm going to be trying to cut down pretty soon, so i should i use my energy and do cardio first? i'm not worried about a little loss in strength, i mostly want to shed some fat.
Thanks for the help

No-always do cardio after weight training, this way you will retain more muscle while shedding your fat (making you look more cut b/c more muscle is still there). It is best to do cardio and weight training completely seperately, but this can be quite a pain in the ass IMO. Plus it has been proven (i forgot where i read this) that doing cardio after weight training will keep your heart rate up longer, therefore burning more calories after your workout. Good luck and Train hard bro and you will get where you want to be. Diet is more important than all this though when it comes to cutting.

Ideally I would try doing your cardio a couple of hours after you lift. Get your postw/o drink in after you lift and wait for cardio if this fits your schedule

Thick has the best advice so far. Do separate lifting and cardio workouts, with a good 4-6 hours in between. If thats not possible with your schedule, then cardio follows lifting.

I think Spound has the best advice here.

You'll kill yourself if you do cardio after training, simply because you just pushed your body - hopefully - beyond its limits during your weight training session. Cardio on separate days would be the best way to go, since you wont rob your body of that many calories needed for proper muscle recuperation.

If you want to lose fat after a bulking phase, best to do cardio three times a week for an hour on separate training days in the morning.
