I'm currently on a 6-day routine (body part a day) with the focus on cutting whiile still maintaining or even gaining a slight amount of mass.
What I'm wondering is the best way to work cardio into this routine? I'd like to do cardio 3-4 days a week as I am used to doing with a 3-day split routine.
I suppose that my main question is should I be doing cardio directly before the lift or directly after? Or should I split it up during the day and do cardio in AM and the lifting later in the day or vice versa with lifting in the AM and cardio later in the day?
